- Minimum of 5 years of experience in norming.
- Excellent knowledge of norming techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of technological execution processes.
- Excellent knowledge in calculating price offers for clients.
- Experience in collaboration with the procurement department.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) operations.
- High-level communication skills over the phone and in direct contact with clients.

HAWEMA TOOLING is expanding its team and is looking for qualified CNC operators with the following profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in machining milled parts.
- Medium-level technical education, vocational school, or high school education.
- Excellent knowledge of technical drawings.
- Ability to identify dimensions from execution drawings and measure the executed parts.
- Setting and programming CNC machines (establishing the working origin/fixturing/loading the program/adjusting and measuring the tools).
- Knowledge of operation and programming in the Fanuc operating system.
- Knowledge of programming and operation on a CNC milling center HURCO is an advantage.
- Ability to make modifications in the CNC program.
- Safe use of measuring instruments.
- Strong organizational skills at the workplace.
